The Ultra Insulated Glazing Folding Glass System has been specially designed to minimise heat loss in enclosed spaces, a common issue with standard folding glass systems. The primary focus of this system is to maximise thermal, acoustic and water insulation.
The high-thermal-insulation glass structure utilises a 4+22+4 mm double-glazed unit with tempered glass on both sides. Aluminium spacer strips are fitted at the joints of the glass panels, whilst double-sided brush seals integrated into the aluminium components at each joint further enhance the insulation performance.

The Ultra Insulated Folding Glass System has been developed as part of R&D efforts, with a focus on customer satisfaction, quality and ease of installation. The design and registration of the system’s profiles have been patented by the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office (TPE).
The system can be installed with a maximum width of 1,100 cm and a maximum height of 300 cm. The recommended maximum height is 250 cm.
Each wing is fitted with 4 wheels and 8 bearings. As the load is distributed evenly across the bearings, the system operates extremely smoothly and quietly.
The system features a design capable of operating on both the bottom and top tracks. The bottom housing utilises a specially designed groove system by WINPERAX, which prevents rainwater ingress.
In areas subject to strong winds, a 4+20+6 mm double-glazed tempered glass system can be installed on request.
The reason for leaving a 22 mm gap between the two panes is to allow for the installation of a louvred system. This enables the system to combine the functions of both a double-glazed and a louvred glass system.
All accessories used in the system are manufactured on CNC machines at our own factory.
