The Automatic Glass Roof System is a roof system that opens and closes via a remote control. The heat-insulated glass helps you save energy. The system incorporates 4+16+4 and 4+11+4+4 laminated toughened insulating glass units.
The double-glazing system used ensures high thermal insulation in the windows.
The system can be manufactured with 2, 3, 4 or 5 compartments, as required.
The side rails measure 182 × 117 mm and have a wall thickness of 3 mm. This allows them to be installed without the need for a steel structure for spans of up to 650 cm.
The maximum façade and opening dimensions can be implemented as 200 × 400 cm in a single module. Alternatively, the façade opening can be up to 135 × 800 cm in a single module. This design ensures that the quality of the view of the sky is maintained at the highest level.
On the side rails, eight stainless steel bearings are used on each sash to ensure that the glass panels move smoothly and quietly.
The integrated additional gutter system on the side rails ensures maximum waterproofing.
The front leg profiles in the system measure 128 × 170 × 3 mm, whilst the front channel profiles measure 170 × 128 × 3 mm.
Thanks to the modular side rails incorporated into the system, repairs or maintenance can be carried out without dismantling the product in the event of alterations or broken glass.
The systems can be controlled via remote control, buttons or a mobile phone. Rain, sun and wind sensors can be integrated as an option.
A T-10 timing belt is used to ensure that the windows operate smoothly and without any problems. The system does not require a lock when in the closed position.
Optional hidden LED lighting can be used in the system. The light level can be adjusted using the dimmer function.
Upon request, the ceiling curtain system developed through R&D work can be installed at the bottom of the system.
